About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PPC campaigns, Google Ads, SEO, and other performance marketing channels. You will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, improving conversions, and enhancing our online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Google Ads:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize bids, landing pages, and ad creatives for better quality scores and conversions.
- Stay updated on Google Ads policies and best practices.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and site architecture for improved rankings.
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage outreach activities.
- Track and report on key SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular performance reports on campaign metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
- Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio for data-driven decision-making.
Other Digital Marketing Activities:
- Support social media advertising and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align marketing goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose new strategies for lead generation and brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in PPC, Google Ads, and SEO management.
- Certification in Google Ads / Analytics preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
