We are seeking an experienced B2B Senior Marketing Executive with deep expertise in the ERP, SaaS, and Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. This role requires a strategic marketer who can develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, enhance brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads for our solutions.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the ERP, SaaS, and Microsoft Dynamics landscape.
- Build strong market positioning and brand differentiation within the ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Plan, implement, and manage SEO, PPC, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Optimize digital channels to increase visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Oversee website and landing page performance with a focus on lead generation.
- Manage and optimize campaigns through marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Build workflows for lead nurturing, segmentation, and conversion tracking.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene and accurate reporting on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
- Lead content creation efforts — including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Translate complex technical solutions into compelling narratives and value propositions.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create thought leadership content.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and lead quality.
- Provide actionable insights and regular reports to leadership on marketing effectiveness.
- Continuously test and optimize campaign elements to improve performance.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, features, and market segments.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and execution across channels.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within ERP, SaaS, or Microsoft Dynamics environments.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot Reporting, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
