We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive significant brand growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns, mentoring teams, and leveraging data to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead the planning and implementation of all digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content.
- Mentor and manage junior marketing team members and interns, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
2. Performance & Channel Ownership
- Take full ownership of our key digital channels, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Oversee all paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), managing budgets, and optimizing for conversion.
- Drive organic growth through advanced SEO strategies, content marketing, and community engagement.
3. Advanced Analytics & Insights
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure campaign performance and track key metrics (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Present detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and business impact to senior leadership.
4. Innovation & Technology
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new marketing technologies, including advanced AI and automation tools.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Champion the use of data-driven insights to inform all marketing decisions.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, paid advertising, content strategy, and social media management.
- Proficiency with modern marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Faisalabad.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
