Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Senior Officer drives the strategic direction of multi-channel campaigns across platforms and markets. Evolving beyond execution, this role focuses on long-term impact—challenging briefs, interrogating metrics, and ensuring every campaign tells a compelling story with measurable results. Working closely with creative, product, and analytics teams, the role leads end-to-end campaign strategy and isn’t afraid to push back when performance demands better thinking, sharper insights, or stronger creative.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, X, and emerging platforms.

Lead app marketing campaigns for user acquisition and engagement on iOS and Android.

Manage campaigns across 9 markets (SA, KW, AE, BH, QA, OM, JO, EG, GB) with multi-language creative coordination.

Drive attribution strategy beyond last-click using tools like Adjust, Firebase, and MMM frameworks.

Partner with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to align campaigns with business OKRs.

Own performance analysis and reporting using Looker Studio, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools.
Skills And Qualifications

You have 3–5 years in digital performance marketing with full campaign ownership.

You’ve managed large budgets across multiple ad platforms with proven ROI.

You understand app marketing funnels and the complexity of mobile attribution.

You’re fluent in analytics and can turn data into clear, actionable insights.

You think beyond platform-level metrics to holistic customer acquisition strategy.

You can brief creative teams and give performance-driven feedback.
