Job Summary

The MarCom Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that enhance the bank’s brand positioning, support business growth, and strengthen customer engagement. The role oversees digital performance, product marketing, corporate communication, and brand consistency across all channels while ensuring full alignment with banking compliance and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive marketing and communication plans across retail, corporate, and digital banking segments.
  • Manage 360° campaigns (digital, offline, events, PR) to support product launches, brand initiatives, and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee digital performance and paid media activities to maximize ROI and optimize customer journeys.
  • Ensure all marketing content and communications adhere to banking regulations, brand guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Direct social media strategy, content development, and customer engagement across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with product, digital banking, and corporate communication teams to deliver targeted marketing messages.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights analysis to guide strategy.
  • Manage relationships with advertising, media, and PR agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance analytics and provide detailed reports to senior management.
  • Oversee brand identity consistency across branches, digital channels, and customer touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the MarCom team to enhance efficiency and innovation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA is a plus.
  • 7–12 years of experience in Marketing & Communications, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and integrated communication strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM tools).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Understanding of banking products, customer segments, and financial industry regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and creativity.
  • Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM and digital tracking dashboards.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, digital, and compliance.
