Job Description:

  • Spearhead the creation and management of link building, content marketing, and social media strategies tailored specifically to the real estate sector.
  • Develop and implement SEO, Social Media, and PPC strategies to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic to our properties and projects.
  • Innovate and refine marketing platforms and strategies, leveraging your expertise to effectively engage with our target audience and drive conversions.
  • Create compelling online content, including captivating property descriptions, immersive virtual tours, videos, graphics, and blogs. Analyze content performance to optimize strategies and maximize engagement.
  • Forecast the growth and ROI of marketing campaigns while overseeing email and social media initiatives to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, such as graphic designers, web designers, and videographers, to create unique and engaging content that showcases our properties in the best light.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant platforms to track performance, refine strategies, and drive results.
  • Lead project development and team management processes, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and deadlines are met within budget constraints.
  • Stay ahead of emerging real estate marketing trends, digital technologies, and industry best practices, integrating new insights into our campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Set up and optimize Google AdWords campaigns, conduct advanced keyword research, and closely monitor competitors' strategies.
  • Generate comprehensive monthly reports on the performance of TMG's marketing campaigns, providing valuable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and maximize the impact of our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and eagerness to learn best practices, with a focus on driving results within the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
