Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Flextank, U.S. Products, SmaK Plastics, and RotoEdge Pro are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing, multi-brand B2B marketing team. This is a hands-on role focused on developing and executing digital strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition across multiple websites and product lines.

You will be a key contributor to a collaborative marketing team, responsible for creating and optimizing campaigns that align with sales goals, convert prospects, and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, web, SEO, content, social media, and video).
  • Build and manage multi-touch, persona-based workflows and marketing automation sequences.
  • Maintain and update company websites using WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices.
  • Develop and deploy CRM-driven campaigns using tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Create and manage inbound lead generation offers, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate on a content strategy including copywriting, video, graphics, and promotional content.
  • Drive campaign metrics analysis and report on performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Support trade shows with pre-event promotions, booth traffic-driving strategies, and follow-up campaigns.

Who You Are

  • A creative, data-driven marketer with a passion for digital lead generation and marketing automation.
  • Able to think strategically and execute tactically—whether it’s optimizing a landing page or planning a nurture workflow.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, distributors, and executive leadership.
  • A strong communicator with solid writing and editing skills.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, including CRM/email automation, SEO, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency with Zoho, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in WordPress website development and maintenance.
  • Proven success in developing and executing lead generation campaigns.
  • Background working with industries such as wineries, cideries, distilleries, or Jan-San/Building Service Contractors is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented.
  • Strong initiative and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
