About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Lead – Digital Marketing professional to drive our brand’s digital presence, performance marketing, and creative campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital strategy, planning, budgeting, and execution, along with hands-on experience in the latest marketing tools, AI-driven technologies, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness and lead generation goals.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels — Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO/SEM, and influencer marketing.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing ROI through data-driven insights.
- Lead the creative direction for digital content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports to evaluate success metrics and optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, AI, and automation.
- Leverage AI-based tools for performance optimization, personalization, and predictive analytics.
- Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 5–8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and AI-driven platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Experience with digital marketing budgeting, forecasting, and ROI tracking.
- Ability to create data-driven marketing plans and innovative creative campaigns.
- Knowledge of AI, automation tools, and emerging digital technologies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or AI Marketing Tools (preferred).
