Overall Job Purpose:

Lead and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and enhance advertising campaign performance to achieve sales and growth objectives.
The specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing campaigns across multiple digital channels to ensure optimal results and return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities – Digital Marketing Strategy, SEO, and Campaign Management

  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
    • Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).

    • Define target audiences and develop precise audience targeting strategies.

    • Write engaging ad copies and coordinate designs in collaboration with the content and design teams.

    • Set and monitor advertising budgets to ensure optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

  • Performance Analysis and Continuous Optimization:

    • Regularly analyze campaign results using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI).

    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.

    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and landing pages.

    • Provide ongoing recommendations to improve advertising performance and overall digital strategy.

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Contribute to the development of monthly and quarterly digital marketing plans in coordination with the Marketing Manager and relevant teams.

    • Propose new marketing channels and test innovative strategies to drive growth.

    • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and emerging advertising technologies.

  • Internal Coordination and Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with Brand, Content, Growth, and CRM teams to ensure full integration of marketing campaigns.

    • Work with technical teams to track conversions and ensure data integration across platforms.

    • Coordinate with advertising agencies or external partners when applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications – Digital Marketing

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree or recognized digital marketing certifications (such as Google Ads, SEO, or HubSpot) are highly valued.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, ideally in the retail or e-commerce sector.
  • Proven expertise in SEO strategy, SEM, web analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI, Data Studio), and campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement techniques.
  • Analytical, results-focused, and highly organized – able to manage projects and deadlines across multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in diverse, inclusive, and gender-neutral teams.
