Who You’ll Work With

You’ll join Slalom’s global marketing organization, reporting to the Managing Director of Global Marketing, Go-to-market (GTM). You’ll lead the global partner marketing portfolio across our enterprise partners (Salesforce, ServiceNow), cloud partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google), data partners (Snowflake, Databricks), and AI partners (including OpenAI).

You’ll collaborate closely with:

  • Enterprise, cloud, data, and AI partner relationship, capability team leaders
  • GTM, alliances, and sales leaders
  • GTM marketing teams: Industry and solution marketing, event marketing, PR, field and GTM enablement
  • Global Marketing shared services teams (creative, content, global demand generation, marketing excellence, project and resource management)
  • Field marketing leaders and teams

This role leads and scales teams supporting these partner pillars, including partner marketing leaders across Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, Databricks, and OpenAI.

Role overview

The senior director, global partner marketing, sets the strategic direction for how Slalom goes to market with its most impactful technology partners. You’ll shape the marketing strategy for

enterprise, cloud, data, and AI partners, ensuring Slalom shows up consistently, powerfully, and collaboratively across the global ecosystem.

You’ll combine long-range strategic vision with operational excellence—guiding teams in translating strategy into joint GTM plans, integrated campaigns, global events, and measurable business outcomes. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in complexity, navigates ecosystems with ease, and brings clarity, alignment, and momentum to a large, global team.

What You’ll Do

Strategic leadership and vision

  • Develop and own a global partner marketing strategy across enterprise, cloud, data, and AI partner portfolios.
  • Position Slalom as a top-tier strategic partner across Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, Databricks, and OpenAI.
  • Represent partner marketing at an executive level, providing clarity, alignment, and direction across the organization.

Team leadership and organizational scale

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing global team of partner marketers.
  • Build a culture of excellence, creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Ensure downstream teams across all partner pillars have clear priorities, frameworks, and support.

Go-to-market development

  • Oversee development of 12-month partner-specific strategies across enterprise, cloud, data, and AI.
  • Guide the development of positioning, messaging, and differentiated GTM frameworks.
  • Ensure all plans align to Slalom’s global priorities and partner ecosystem opportunities.

Integrated marketing and campaign execution

  • Drive large-scale integrated campaigns—demand gen, digital, content, and global events.
  • Oversee planning and execution for major partner events across enterprise (Dreamforce, Knowledge), cloud (re:Invent, Ignite, Google Next), and data (Data + AI Summit).
  • Ensure all programs are high quality, innovative, and measurable.

Partner ecosystem relationship management

  • Serve as the executive marketing counterpart to partner leaders across Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, Databricks, and OpenAI.
  • Co-develop joint campaigns, secure and manage partner funding (e.g., MDF, PPF, SCA funds), and guide partner investment strategies.
  • Elevate Slalom’s visibility and relevance across partner field, sales, and marketing organizations.

Measurement and performance

  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks across partner portfolios.
  • Apply insights to optimize investments and scale high-impact programs.
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach across teams and channels.

Collaboration and influence

  • Partner with GTM, industry, solution, people, client, and operations teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • Influence senior executives internally and externally.
  • Navigate ambiguity with clarity and decisiveness.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10–15 years of B2B marketing experience, with deep experience in partner, ecosystem, or alliance marketing.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across enterprise and technology partners.
  • Leadership experience managing senior-level marketers and scaling global teams.
  • Expertise in enterprise (Salesforce, ServiceNow), cloud (AWS, Microsoft, Google), data (Snowflake, Databricks), and AI (OpenAI) ecosystems.
  • Strong GTM, campaign, and content strategy skills, plus experience with large-scale events.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience designing KPIs, ROI models, and performance dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Additional requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for this role is $177,000 - $215,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
