You will play a key role in shaping Sanofi’s I&I portfolio by leading search, evaluation, and due diligence efforts for strategic partnerships. Main Responsibilities

• Lead global search and evaluation initiatives for external partnerships in the I&I therapeutic area, assessing opportunities from early-stage R&D to marketed products.

• Conduct in-depth technical assessments in collaboration with Research, Development, and Commercial experts.

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through formal due diligence processes, acting as the primary connection with external partners.

• Oversee deal projects, aligning internal stakeholders and ensuring seamless execution from evaluation to signing.

• Contribute to Sanofi’s Immunology partnering strategy, including competitive intelligence, landscape analysis, and advisory board leadership.

• Represent Sanofi at scientific and business conferences, fostering relationships with external partners.

About You

• PhD and/or MD degree(s) ideally in combination with demonstrated clinical development experience.

• 7+ years scientific experience, preferably obtained through experience in multiple functions in the biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry. Experience in Inflammation & Immunology preferred.

• Experience in search & evaluation, business development, academic technology transfer process is highly desirable.

• Previous experience of running complex evaluations of clinical stage assets.
