Senior E-Commerce Growth Manager

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Growth Manager to take complete ownership of our online sales and digital marketing. Your primary goal is to increase revenue, improve profitability, and scale our eCommerce brands globally, with a strong focus on the US market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Optimize Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
• Increase website conversion rate (CRO)
• Improve ROAS, AOV, LTV, and overall profitability
• Develop growth strategies to increase online sales
• Analyze data using GA4 and reporting tools
• Work with developers, designers, SEO, and email marketing teams
• Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns

Requirements

• 5+ years of eCommerce growth experience
• Proven success managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience scaling brands in the US market
• Strong understanding of CRO, GA4, Google Merchant Center, and Shopify or WooCommerce
• Ability to manage marketing budgets and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in insoles, footwear, orthotics, sports, or health & wellness brands
• Experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets
• Experience growing DTC eCommerce brands
