Key Responsibilities

E Commerce Strategy Ownership
Develop and execute a comprehensive e commerce strategy to drive online sales and brand growth

Website Management and Optimization
Oversee daily operations of the e commerce platform including product listings pricing and promotions

Performance Marketing Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales targets and customer acquisition goals

Conversion Rate Optimization
Analyze user behavior and implement improvements to increase conversion rates and average order value

Inventory and Merchandising Coordination
Ensure accurate stock levels and effective online merchandising aligned with customer demand

Analytics and Reporting
Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights to improve business performance

What We Are Looking For

Experience
Minimum 5 to 7 years in e commerce management preferably within fashion retail or lifestyle brands

Platform Knowledge
Strong experience with platforms such as Shopify Magento or similar e commerce systems

Digital Marketing Understanding
Knowledge of SEO paid media email marketing and customer retention strategies

Analytical Skills
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Leadership
Experience managing teams or cross functional collaboration with marketing and operations

Mindset
Results driven commercially aware and highly detail oriented with a strong sense of ownership
