Position Overview
We are seeking an E-commerce Coordinator to oversee and manage daily online retail operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, e-commerce knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between suppliers, customers, and internal teams. The E-commerce Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Stocklider LLC’s reputation for excellence in online retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate e-commerce activities including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of online sales, promotions, and customer communications.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare reports on e-commerce performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing product launches and online engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s retail and e-commerce regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, retail operations, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of online retail platforms, inventory systems, and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, e-commerce tools, and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
