Candidates should be hands-on, collaborative, and committed to a long-term career within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce detailed design deliverables including layouts, 3D models, drawings, and material take-offs.
  • Support the engineering team in the preparation of design packages for Pre-FEED and FEED stages.
  • Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., process, mechanical, electrical, civil) to ensure design integration.
  • Review and incorporate feedback from design reviews and client comments.
  • Maintain and update design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Participate in design optimization and value engineering exercises.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering Design, Drafting, or related field.
  • Experience in engineering design, in Pre-FEED and FEED phases.

  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and project workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors.
  • Familiarity with international design codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).
  • Knowledge of document control systems and engineering databases.
