Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust electrical systems for commercial and retail spaces, with a strong focus on transformer integration and power distribution for large-scale projects.
• Produce and review detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD tools like AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams, including project managers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct technical reviews and site inspections to support the installation and commissioning phases of electrical systems.
• Ensure all designs and installations strictly comply with international and local electrical codes and standards, such as IEC and NEC .
• Utilize your expertise in electrical systems to provide innovative and efficient solutions for complex design challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of active experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Proven experience in transformer design or working with high-voltage transformer systems.
• Proficiency with design software, including AutoCAD and Revit .
• A strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing complex power distribution systems for large commercial or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of protection and control systems .
• Previous experience working on mall or large commercial building projects is a significant plus.
