Senior Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who leads the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems, from conception to completion. They provide technical expertise, supervise junior engineers, ensure compliance with industry standards and manage project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Engineering: Develop detailed designs, schematics, and layouts for low/medium-voltage systems, including power distribution, emergency generators, and lighting.
• Project Leadership: Lead project phases, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and technical specifications.
• Mentorship and Supervision: Mentor and supervise junior engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors to resolve technical issues and facilitate project delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience: Typically, 5+ years of experience in electrical design, with specific experience in the relevant industry (e.g., Construction, MEP).
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with national electrical codes.
• Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
