Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Site Supervision & Execution – Manage daily site activities, ensuring construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, with special focus on hospital-specific requirements and finishing works. Maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.

 Coordination & Communication – Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and the project management team to ensure proper alignment on design changes, material requirements, and execution schedules.

 Project Monitoring & Reporting – Track project timelines, identify and address delays, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders.

 Resource & Safety Management – Plan manpower, materials, and equipment effectively while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control measures, and compliance with statutory regulations applicable to hospital projects.

 Verification & Compliance – Cross-check contractors’ work measurements and bills before payment, and ensure all construction activities meet legal, municipal, environmental, and healthcare facility-specific codes.

 Quality Supervision on Client Site – Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets quality benchmarks and client expectations, addressing any deviations immediately.

Requirements:

 Education: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

 Experience: Minimum 6-10 years in site execution, including at least 2 years in finishing works.

 Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

 Proficiency in reading drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.

 Leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary site teams.

 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Title: Senior Engineer – Civil (Site)
Experience: Minimum 6-10 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
