Senior Estimator O&M

Required to join the Operations and Maintenance division of an established contractor in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work with the head office team. Responsibilities include:

• Controlling and establishing cost price estimates;

• Gathering, maintaining and store pricing and other relevant information

• Preparing and managing payment certificates and administration and control of subcontract agreements.

• Monitoring and maintaining current market prices of materials used in the projects

Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering or equivalent in relevant discipline

• Good knowledge MS Office, MS Project, Primavera.

• Minimum 8 years experience in Estimation

• Experience within the Facilities Management / O&M sector
