Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination

• Assist in developing event concepts, objectives, and timelines in alignment with Bybit’s goals.
• Coordinate logistics including venue sourcing, vendor liaison, AV setup, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
• Prepare detailed run-of-show documents and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.

Execution & On-Site Support

• Oversee on-site event operations: registration, booth set-up, signage, branding, AV testing, and staffing schedules.
• Troubleshoot operational issues in real time to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for vendors and support staff during events.

Marketing & Brand Integration

• Collaborate with brand, design, and content teams to produce event collateral, digital assets, and co-branded campaigns.
• Ensure Bybit’s brand identity is consistently represented across all event touchpoints.
• Support marketing initiatives by coordinating event-related communications, social media content, and promotional campaigns.

Stakeholder & Partnership Support

• Liaise with internal teams and local market leads to align on event objectives and execution requirements.
• Support sponsorship activations by coordinating deliverables and ensuring agreed branding is implemented on-site.
• Manage day-to-day communications with agencies, vendors, and partners.

Event Operations & Processes

• Maintain event documentation including checklists, timelines, contracts, and budget trackers.
• Monitor project progress, flag risks, and escalate issues to the Lead Events Specialist.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and brand standards.

Post-Event Reporting

• Assist in gathering attendee feedback and data analytics to evaluate event effectiveness.
• Prepare summary reports including key takeaways, ROI analysis, and improvement recommendations.
• Contribute to a knowledge base of best practices for future events.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in event planning, coordination, or production (agency or brand).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, vendors, and budgets effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to event activations.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media campaigns, or influencer collaborations preferred.
• Interest in the crypto, fintech, or trading industries is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Willingness to travel for on-site event support.
