Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting background checks, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Help manage and resolve employee disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure the consistent implementation of HR policies, provide guidance on procedures, and stay updated on labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement events and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- HR Operations: Manage HR operations such as payroll processing, employee separations, and maintaining employee files and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in HR with knowledge of HR Flow HCM system.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and HR best practices.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
