We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in New York City. This is a pivotal role supporting the launch and growth of 140 Capital—ensuring the firm runs seamlessly as we scale operations, investments, and partnerships.


You’ll be the right hand to senior executives—anticipating needs, managing priorities, and helping build a world-class investment organization.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the executive team
  • Coordinate meetings, board sessions, and investor interactions with precision
  • Support the setup and ongoing management of firm systems, workflows, and vendors
  • Prepare executive materials, presentations, and confidential reports
  • Partner across investment, finance, and operations teams to drive execution
  • Represent the leadership team professionally with investors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead or assist with special projects supporting firm strategy and launch initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience supporting C-suite leaders—preferably in investment management, private equity, or finance
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proven discretion and professionalism with confidential information
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-performance culture
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools including AI
  • Bachelor’s degree required
