Senior Executive – Business Operations (AI-Centric Operator)

About the Role

We are seeking a senior-level, founder-minded operator to lead execution across core business initiatives, including SimplyRun and upcoming projects. This role is designed for individuals who take full ownership of outcomes, think commercially, and operate across functions using AI, systems, and structured execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute business initiatives end-to-end
• Translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans
• Operate across product, operations, systems, and growth
• Leverage AI tools for marketing, automation, analysis, and workflows
• Design and optimize systems, processes, and automations (e.g., GHL)
• Act as a Product Owner / Business Analyst hybrid
• Coordinate with developers and manage product builds
• Oversee delivery, internal operations, and implementation processes
• Solve ambiguous problems and bring structure to execution

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in business operations, product, or execution
• Proven ability to own outcomes (not task-based work)
• Strong commercial awareness (revenue, product, delivery)
• Experience working across multiple functions
• Proficiency in AI tools, automation, and systems
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., GHL or similar)
• Strong understanding of workflows, integrations, and APIs
• Exceptional spoken and written English

Working Details

• Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Brisbane time)

Compensation

PKR 150,000 – 200,000/month (starting)
