The Senior Executive – Category at Nikshan Electronics will manage a specific electronics category across retail stores and the e-commerce platform. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring product availability, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned electronics category for retail and e-commerce channels
• Plan and achieve category sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain stock levels, inventory, and product assortment
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and replenishment
• Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising
• Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market competition
• Support sales and online teams through training and guidance
• Generate category performance reports and suggest improvements

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/e-commerce, preferably in electronics

Skills

• Strong knowledge of electronics products and market trends
• Sales-driven with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage both offline and online channels
