Senior Executive Chocolate Chef

About the Role:
The Senior Executive Chocolate Chef will lead the full creative and operational direction of More Chocolate’s fine chocolate division — overseeing innovation, product development, and production excellence across all lines. This is a senior leadership role combining culinary artistry with brand strategy.
Core Responsibilities:
Design, test, and perfect chocolate formulations across bonbons, truffles, pralines, and slabs.
Define creative direction for seasonal and limited-edition lines.
Establish and implement production systems ensuring scalability and consistency.
Lead ingredient sourcing and raw material validation.
Supervise a multidisciplinary team of chocolatiers and pastry chefs.
Collaborate with brand management on presentation, packaging, and collection themes.
Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and hygiene standards.
Represent the brand at industry events and collaborations.
Required Skills & Leadership Competencies:
10+ years in professional pastry or chocolate production, including 5+ years in an executive role.
Proven excellence in product innovation and sensory design.
Deep knowledge of French and modern chocolate-making techniques.
Strong leadership, workflow planning, and staff development experience.
Business acumen and understanding of brand positioning in the premium market.
