Job Purpose:
The Senior Executive Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing civil construction activities for mission-critical Data Center project. The role requires a strong background in both
project management
and
civil works supervision
, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with international standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Initiation & Management
-
Lead the end-to-end execution of Data Center building projects from initiation to closure.

Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, success criteria, budgets, and schedules.

Develop and manage Project Charters, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and detailed project schedules.
-
Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and strategic objectives.
-
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation plans.
-
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Electrical, Mechanical, IT, and Security teams for project integration.

Prepare progress reports and present status updates to management and stakeholders.
2. Civil Works
-
Onsite Supervise and oversee all
civil construction activities
of Data Center facilities, including:
-
Site preparation, grading, and excavation.
-
Foundations, superstructure, and structural works.
-
Architectural finishes, fire-rated partitions, raised flooring, false ceilings, and specialized interiors.
-
Ensure compliance with
seismic design, fire safety, and building codes
relevant to mission-critical facilities.
-
Review, validate, and coordinate design drawings with
architects, consultants, and contractors
.

Oversee contractor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and specifications.

Inspect and validate construction materials, workmanship, and civil works execution.

Ensure civil infrastructure readiness in line with
E&M (Electrical & Mechanical) installation schedules
.

Support integration of security, HVAC, electrical, and IT systems within the built environment.
Qualification:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
-
Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in
civil engineering and project management
, with at least 3–5 years in
Data Center / Mission-Critical Facility construction
.

Strong knowledge of
building codes, seismic design, fire safety standards, and international best practices
.

Proven experience in managing contractors, consultants, and cross-disciplinary teams.

Proficiency in project management tools
