Senior Executive – Data Research
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–2 years (Relevant experience in Market Research, preferably CPG/FMCG)
Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field

Roles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end primary research processes—including study design, questionnaire development, survey execution, and data validation.
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights aligned with business and brand strategy.
- Well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, with hands-on experience in real-time studies.
- Exposure to shopper research and various study types (e.g., U&A, brand health, concept testing, etc.).
- Skilled in developing and presenting topline summaries and insight decks customized for different stakeholders.
- Effective communicator, capable of engaging with clients and internal teams to align on research design, objectives, and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute custom research projects from objective framing, methodology selection, and questionnaire creation to final reporting.
- Analyze raw datasets, identify key trends, and convert findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Coordinate with field teams, tech teams, and clients to ensure smooth data collection and timely delivery of output.
- Adapt research tools (surveys, discussion guides, trackers) to meet evolving project requirements.
- Support proposal development, costing, feasibility checks, and project timelines.
- Translate client briefs into practical and efficient research designs, and interpret business implications from the findings.
Experience & Skills Required
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in primary market research, preferably in CPG/FMCG sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data interpretation and presentation creation.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as SPSS, Tableau, Power BI is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet timelines.
