Senior Executive Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Executive Engineer to manage switching operations, regulatory compliance, and network optimization while coordinating with business, transmission, billing, and vendor teams to ensure efficient and compliant voice network operations.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications or a related engineering field.

Job Description:

Senior Executive Engineer is responsible for but not limited to:

• Implement PTA regulations, including blocking spoofed calls and managing carrier escalations.
• Conduct QoS and security audits of switching systems and related portals.
• Perform daily health checks, CDR backups, and NTP synchronization.
• Ensure SIP trace and voice data capture for issue investigation.
• Manage operator-wise minutes, traffic trends, and commercial coordination.
• Control and optimize call routing, ports, and interconnects.
• Coordinate with transmission, billing, business teams, and vendors.
• Develop reports and support billing activities, including CDR re-streaming.

Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in switching, voice networks, or telecom operations.
• Network optimization and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
