As a Senior Executive – Finance & Sourcing at JLL, you will support all financial transactions, procurement activities, and vendor coordination for The Client at Powai Mumbai. Reporting to the Specialist – Finance & Sourcing, you will help ensure timely processing, compliance, and efficient facility operations.

Responsibilities:
Process and support accounts payable tasks: verify invoices, enter payment requests, track POs, and ensure accurate, on-time vendor payments as per SLAs.

Assist with contract renewals, vendor onboarding, and maintain up-to-date records for statutory, tax, and compliance documents.

Drive timely RFQ/RFP process, support price comparisons, and assist in cost monitoring for all sourcing and procurement needs within FM scope.

Maintain and update spend trackers, budget files, data dashboards, and audit reports as guided by the Specialist.

Liaise with vendors for documentation, queries, and payment clarifications; support vendor evaluation and performance tracking.

Assist with audits and compliance checks; follow up on required corrective actions and documentation closures.

Help implement process improvements, automation, and ensure all client and JLL policies are followed in finance and sourcing operations.

Prepare supporting reports and summaries for management and participate in periodic review meetings.

Maintain confidentiality of financial and sourcing data at all times.

Required Skills and Experience:
Graduate in Commerce/Accounting/Business.

2–4 years’ experience in finance, accounts payable, or procurement, preferably in FM or corporate environment.

Proficient in MS Excel, documentation, and financial systems; SAP/ERP experience is a plus.

Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
