Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – HR & Administration to support end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and corporate/site administration, contributing to a positive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles.
- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
- Administer employee benefits and support employees with claims and queries.
- Coordinate payroll processes, attendance, and leave management.
- Support performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
- Implement and manage performance management frameworks.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and HR initiatives.
Administration
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS data.
- Coordinate corporate and site administration activities including facilities, vendors, and office support.
- Support compliance documentation, audits, and internal reporting.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS, and HR reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Experience
- Experience in handling HR & Admin functions in corporate or multi-site environments
- Exposure to payroll coordination and statutory compliances
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee engagement activities

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
