End to End Recruitment – Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews & onboarding
Assists in statutory employment matters, statutory matters, such as application for employment visa, renewal of work permits, etc.
Implements of initiatives, action plans, procedures, policies and processes in the country
Supports the engagement activities in country (e.g. preparations for campus events, etc.)
Collates accurate attendance and employee details for payroll processing and taxation matters
Assists in the management of the annual performance management cycle for employees in the country
Maintains of records such as leave records of employees, resignations, attendance, etc.
Addresses basic employee queries relating to HR and assists in other administrative matters
Develop and Maintain the HR MIS Reports & collate data for Senior Management requirement
Organises Employee training and maintains relevant reports of the same.
