Senior Executive – Learning & Development (L&D) and Quality Assurance (QA)

ARTIUM is looking for Senior Executive – L&D & QA will play a pivotal role in enhancing Academic Experts’ (AEs)/Teachers/Sales performance through structured training initiatives and continuous quality monitoring. The role will focus on designing and delivering impactful learning interventions, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to Artium Academy’s sales and learner engagement standards.

Department: Operations - Learning & Development (L&D) and Quality Assurance (QA)

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development:

• Develop engaging training content on sales techniques, consultative selling, objection handling, and demo excellence.
• Facilitate refresher training, workshops, and roleplays.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and conversion metrics.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Audit demo sessions, sales calls, and customer interactions to ensure adherence to standards.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend targeted interventions.
• Maintain and update QA scorecards, checklists, and dashboards.
• Provide constructive feedback to AEs/Teachers/Sales and monitor improvement plans.
• Collaborate with L&D to address skill gaps highlighted in QA audits.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and deliver a superior customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to influence behavioral change.
• Prior experience in demo audits, sales training, and performance monitoring (preferably in EdTech / inside sales).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends in audit data.
• Excellent communication, feedback, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, LMS tools, and QA monitoring platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
