About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Executive – Procurement to oversee and manage end-to-end procurement operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong vendor management skills, a keen eye for cost optimization, and a proven ability to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.

This role requires excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to managing procurement functions in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete procurement cycle, including vendor identification, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase order processing, and material delivery coordination.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Evaluate vendor performance regularly to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze and monitor procurement budgets, ensuring cost control and value optimization.
  • Coordinate with project, design, and finance teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement more efficient purchasing practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, terms, and statutory regulations in all procurement activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably in corporate, events, marketing, or media-related industries.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management, sourcing strategies, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Kannada and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and procurement management tools/software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
