Senior Executive Procurement-Raw Material (FMCG-Pharma)

Saeed Ghani is looking for a Senior Executive-Procurement to join our team at our Head Office on Tariq Road.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain.
• 3-4 years of relevant procurement experience in FMCG or Pharma.
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems is mandatory.
• Experience in direct procurement of raw materials and packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Float inquiries, collect quotations, and negotiate the best rates for raw materials and packaging.
• Prepare comparative statements for management decision-making.
• Create purchase orders for raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with suppliers to achieve on-time delivery of raw materials and packaging.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage invoices and minimize GR/IR discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the production planner to meet production requirements for raw materials and packaging.
• Proactively minimize shortages of raw materials, packaging, and other production materials.
