Job Title: Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition

Reporting to: Team Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Summary:
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle in sync with the entire Talent Acquisition Group and various Business teams.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:

Liaising with internal departments / business units to determine recruitment needs.

Sourcing potential candidates through online job portal, social platforms, references, etc.

Interviewing candidates across all levels before setting up their technical /managerial interview

Ensuring complete documentation of selected candidates are in place

Rolling out Offers of the selected candidates
-
Taking complete ownership of candidate starting from interview to onboarding

Maintaining various MIS reports related to Interviews, Offers, Joining etc.
Education and Experience:
-
Any graduate, MBA/PG in HR is preferred
-
3+ years of strong experience in corporate recruitments

Experience working on any ATS platform would be preferred

Should have worked on various job portals, social media & professional sites.

Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
