Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition
Department: Human Resources
Job Location: Navi Mumbai (WFO)
Reporting to: Team Manager - Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle in sync with the entire Talent Acquisition Group and various Business teams.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with internal departments / business units to determine recruitment needs.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online job portal, social platforms, references, etc.
  • Interviewing candidates across all levels before setting up their technical /managerial interview
  • Ensuring complete documentation of selected candidates are in place
  • Rolling out Offers of the selected candidates
  • Taking complete ownership of candidate starting from interview to onboarding
  • Maintaining various MIS reports related to Interviews, Offers, Joining etc.

Education and Experience:
  • Any graduate, MBA/PG in HR is preferred
  • 3+ years of strong experience in corporate recruitments
  • Experience working on any ATS platform would be preferred
  • Should have worked on various job portals, social media & professional sites.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
