Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition to lead and execute full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple departments. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership team to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience. You will also play a critical role in mentoring junior recruiters and shaping the future of our talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior-to-senior level roles across departments.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Review candidate details and make sure their information is correctly added to the hiring system (ATS).
Proactively source candidates through various Sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, etc.).
Conduct in-depth screening to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide guidance to junior TA team members.
Collaborate with HR and Employer Branding teams to enhance our talent attraction efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Strong sourcing skills and experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accurate records and easy access to talent pools.
Experience in hiring both technical and non-technical roles.

Good to have Skills:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in managing third-party platforms and vendors for recruitment, BGV, and interview coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners.
