We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior Talent Acquisition Executive
to join our People & Culture team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle across a diverse portfolio of hospitality brands, supporting both operational and head office hiring.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and agree on recruitment strategies

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels

Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against technical skills, cultural fit, and role requirements

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process

Prepare interview summaries and provide hiring recommendations when required
Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with department heads and operational leaders

Provide recruitment updates, market insights, and realistic hiring timelines

Ensure all recruitment activity is aligned with company policies and approved budgets
Talent Sourcing

Maintain an active network within the hospitality industry and keep up to date with market trends

Support recruitment for new venue openings and expansion projects when required
Recruitment Administration & Reporting

Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS

Ensure recruitment trackers and reports are kept up to date

Prepare weekly recruitment updates for the People & Culture leadership team

Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and compliant
Employer Branding

Create engaging job advertisements aligned with the company's employer brand

Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms

Represent the company professionally throughout every stage of the recruitment process
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 4-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within hospitality or F&B

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms

Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters experience is an advantage)

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
