1. Export Documentation
- Prepare and manage export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, COO, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
- Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents) for customs clearance.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with buyer requirements and international trade regulations.
2. Shipment Coordination
- Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders.
- Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate transportation and logistic arrangements with internal and external partners.
3. Client Communication
- Communicate with international clients regarding order status, documentation, and shipment updates.
- Handle inquiries, provide required documents, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
4. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, EXIM policies, and trade-related regulations.
- Work with banks on LC documentation, BRC, and export payment follow-ups.
- Maintain knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS Codes, and duty structures.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Collaborate with production, QA, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth export operations.
- Follow up on order readiness, packaging, and dispatch timelines.
- Resolve documentation or shipment-related issues.
6. Reporting & Record Keeping
- Maintain export records, shipment logs, and filing of documents.
- Prepare MIS reports related to shipments, freight, duty, and documentation.
- Assist in audits and provide required export-related documents.
