Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The role involves overseeing end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting business operations with timely and accurate financial insights. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance & accounts, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, payroll accounting).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in consolidation and group reporting (if applicable).
- Cost & Inventory Management
- Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods accounting.
- Support costing, variance analysis, and contribution margin reporting.
- Work closely with production & stores teams for accurate inventory valuation.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.
- Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, etc.).
- Liaise with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for regulatory and audit purposes.
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
- Assist in process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Team Collaboration
- Guide junior team members in routine accounting tasks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (sales, production, procurement, HR).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (Master’s degree / MBA preferred).
- CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance & accounts, with at least 2–3 years in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and manufacturing finance processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle / MS Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of taxation, compliance, and statutory laws.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
