Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee the complete accounting function, ensure statutory compliance, and provide accurate financial insights to support management decisions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong finance expertise and hands-on experience in hotel or hospitality accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis, variance reports, and cash flow management.
• Handle tax filings and ensure timely submissions.
• Utilize Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting and reporting.

Must-Have Skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, financial modeling).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM/accounting software.
• Knowledge of accounting practices in the hotel industry.
