Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis including profit & loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business units and executive leadership.
• Prepare and interpret complex financial reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy for stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage corporate accounting processes in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Oversee financial statement preparation, consolidations, and audit support activities, including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls implementation.
• Perform detailed account analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
• Support strategic planning by providing financial insights on pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and organizational initiatives.
• Utilize advanced financial software tools to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and facilitate efficient financial management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost accounting projects, pricing models, and financial software integration efforts.
• Interpret complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders to promote understanding of financial health and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred.
• Proven experience in corporate finance, public accounting, or a similar role with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, SOX compliance, and regulatory reporting standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation, profit & loss management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with advanced financial software systems and tools for data analysis and report writing.
• Deep understanding of financial concepts including investment valuation, pricing strategies, and organizational finance structures.
• Exceptional analytical skills paired with strong communication abilities to interpret complex data clearly for diverse audiences.
• Experience in technical accounting practices such as account analysis and regulatory compliance is highly desirable. Pay: $81,648.20 - $98,329.02 per year
