Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and long-term financial strategy
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management on profitability, cost control, and capital expenditure
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance in line with UAE regulations
• Develop and manage cost accounting systems and drive cost optimization initiatives
• Overseelogistics-related financial planning, including freight, customs, shipping, warehousing, and landed cost analysis
• Manage banking relationships and secure bank facilities (LCs, guarantees, working capital facilities)
• Maintain strong control over receivables, collections, and cash flow management
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and reporting frameworks across operations
• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and high performance.

Requirements

• Proven senior finance leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors
• Strong experience inproject-based costing, logistics cost control, budgeting, and financial controls
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring finance teams
• Professional qualification required: CPA, ACCA, or CMA
• UAE / GCC market experience is highly preferred
