We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Chennai, India.


Job Purpose:

The job purpose of this role is the effective and efficient delivery of complex projects within the Finance Services. This includes the coordination and implementation of technical and process requirements and alignment with and consulting/coaching of team members and project stakeholders.

Your tasks:

  • Project delivery in the area of strategic cross divisional finance projects, general Business Process Optimization projects as well as digitalization projects for Finance Services
  • Creation of complex business cases alongside project based cost benefit analysis
  • Establishment of project organization and management of resources
  • Organization and, if necessary, execution of required training and change management workshops.
  • Independent and proactive (expectation-) management of stakeholders both within and outside the project at different seniority levels
  • Support/consultation for the specialist departments in process optimizations, transitions of IT systems, and digitalization opportunities.
  • Anticipation of internal and/or external business or regulatory challenges; recommendation of process, product, or service improvements.
  • Expert in best practices and procedures for optimal quality in the general finance area and a subject matter expert for departmental or cross-departmental teams or projects.
  • Resolution of highly complex problems that require innovative thinking and the development of significant and effective solutions for the company.
  • Independent and self-responsible work; consulting only in the determination of specific departmental goals/strategies.
  • Highest level of personal responsibility and decision-making authority.
  • Significant contribution to the development and implementation of the departmental strategy.

Your profile:

Education Level

Master Degree, preferable in (Business-) Informatics or Business Administration or equivalent qualification

Experience Level

  • 3 -5 years’ experience and knowledge of project management, Finance processes (OTC/PTP/RTR) as well as good functional SAP knowledge, strong digital understanding is desirable
  • Preferably experience in a consulting background
  • Experience in delivering digitalization projects of finance processes
  • Strong communication skills paired with a responsible team player attitude
  • High analytical and conceptual ability with attention to detail, but focusing on results
  • Experience working in a global set up, curious about culture and perfect in written and spoken English
