Sr. Marketing Artist

Steer Studios is looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Marketing Artist to join our marketing creative team. This role calls for strong design skills, creativity, and a passion for creating visually compelling and high-performing assets. The ideal candidate has proven experience in creating successful ads for user acquisition.

As a Sr. Marketing Artist, your main responsibility will be to create engaging video and static assets for various promotional purposes. You will use your video editing and animation skills to produce visually stunning content across different platforms, such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Applovin and Google AdWords.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create video and static ads for User Acquisition across platforms (e.g. Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Applovin, Mintegral, Google AdWords and more).
• Generate innovative ideas and turn them into engaging, high-quality visuals.
• Analyze creative and performance KPIs and propose the next steps based on results and creative direction.
• Leverage market insights and trends to design top-performing creative assets.
• Develop assets and templates for app store landing pages, community social media channels and PR materials.
• Collaborate with other artists and across various teams (design, art, programmers)
• Act as a brand ambassador for Steer Studios representing the company in various interactions with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

• Expert in Adobe After Effects. Additional skills in Unity, Blender, Unreal Engine, Photoshop a plus.
• 4+ years of experience producing video ads for mobile games.
• Strong understanding of mobile gaming market and genres.
• Excellent design skills with a performance-driven approach.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Fluent in English for international teamwork.
• Reside in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
