Key Responsibilities
Board Reporting & Automation (60%)

Own end-to-end monthly board deck preparation for CFO review

Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate data extraction from ERP

Build dynamic Excel models linking GL data to board templates
-
Ensure accuracy of financial narratives and variance analysis

Develop automated dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring
Commercial Analytics (30%)
-
Partner with Commercial and CRM teams to analyze customer metrics (retention, churn, conversion, LTV)

Provide actionable insights on revenue drivers and margin optimization
-
Build monthly forecasts and cash flow projections through business partnering with commercial, operations, and marketing departments

Support pricing strategy through competitor and margin analysis
Financial Control (10%)

Review GL dumps for accounting anomalies and classification errors
-
Validate inter-company reconciliations
-
Support month-end close process optimization
-
Assist with quarterly deep-dive analyses
Key Requirements
Technical Expertise:

Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex modeling, VBA advantageous)

Power Automate/Power BI experience essential

Financial modeling and scenario analysis

SQL knowledge preferred

Experience with ERP systems (Business Central preferred)
Professional Background:

3-5 years in finance analytics, FP&A, or management consulting

Accounting fundamentals (ACCA/CMA partial qualification acceptable)

Retail/e-commerce experience highly valued
