Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly talented Sr. Analyst to join our FPA- Insight Analytics team to drive marketing analytics initiative across our organization. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for data modeling to optimize marketing investments across multiple channels, annual budgets/forecast and strategic business insights to guide executive business decisions.

1.Lead the development and optimization of dashboards and reporting solutions focused on campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, digital engagement, and ROI across various marketing channels.
2.Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid media, events, etc.). Provide actionable recommendations for improving targeting, messaging, and overall campaign strategy.
3.Build multi-touch attribution models and analyze the full marketing and sales funnel to understand how different channels and tactics contribute to revenue.
4.Combine data from company CRM and multiple digital platforms (Snowflake, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to create a holistic view of marketing performance.
5.Partner closely with marketing, sales, and business development teams to understand goals, align on KPIs, and deliver insights that inform strategy and budget allocation.
6.Use forecasting, modeling, and trend analysis to anticipate customer needs and inform proactive marketing strategies.
7.Champion the use of analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Oracle BI to drive self-service analytics. Lead enhancements in reporting infrastructure to improve speed, accuracy, and business relevance.
8.Lead Marketing’s annual financial planning and budgeting process, which includes the upkeep of technical assets, resources and associated costs, and new projects.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field required. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing analytics, data visualization, or digital marketing are a plus.
  • Three years professional experience in business or marketing analytics required. Experience in a marketing firm or healthcare organization a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Adobe Analytics or Tableau required.
  • Ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations that drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience building dashboards, segmentation models, and performance scorecards.
  • Strong communication skills. Experience working directly with marketers and sales teams.
