Senior Financial Controller (UAEN)
Location:
Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:

Monitor the implementation of Ajman's Unified Financial System in government departments and participate in its development as needed.

Compile data, verify its accuracy, prepare required reports and recommendations from the department, and submit them to the direct supervisor.

Monitor the observations of the government entity's audit authority and provide necessary support in this regard.

Monitor the registration of financial transactions with government entities and provide necessary support in this regard.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports extracted from electronic systems and make recommendations in this regard.

Contribute to managing the risks associated with the department.

Contribute to preparing the department's budget and proposing initiatives to develop its activities.

Perform any other specializations assigned within areas of specialization.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance and internal auditing.

Good knowledge of financial control systems and relevant regulations.

Excellent analytical skills and report preparation ability.
-
Proficiency in computer tools and accounting software.
