SENIOR FOREMAN MEP

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Foreman to oversee and manage a multi-disciplinary team of plumbers, electricians, and technical staff. The role requires hands-on supervision, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects while coordinating closely with engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of plumbers, electricians, and technicians.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Inspect completed work for compliance with safety standards, quality, and regulations.
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and workers.
• Report work progress, issues, and manpower needs to the Project/ Site Engineer.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Required Skill Set:

• Proven experience as a Foreman / Senior Foreman in construction or MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general technical works.
• Ability to read and understand CAD drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Knowledge of safety standards (NEC, OSHA, local codes).
