Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

• Consolidate, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Perform variance analysis, costing, and profitability assessments, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business activities.
• Act as a finance business partner to the Commercial team, supporting NPDs and new commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis.
• Financial modeling & scenario analysis
• Intermediate skills of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
