Senior Frontend Developer (React.js / Next.js)

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Frontend Developer (React / Next.js) with 5+ years of experience to build scalable, high-performance web applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern frontend architecture, performance optimization, and creating exceptional user experiences.

You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver pixel-perfect, SEO-friendly, and highly optimized applications.

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development & Design Systems

• Build and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems using React & TypeScript
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces
• Ensure consistent UI/UX standards across all products

API Integration & State Management

• Implement state management using Redux, Zustand, or React Query
• Integrate REST & GraphQL APIs with efficient data handling
• Optimize data fetching strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR) using Next.js

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Define frontend architecture and best coding practices
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments and technical planning

Performance Optimization & SEO

• Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
• Implement SEO best practices using Next.js
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility & accessibility (WCAG standards)

Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

• 5+ years of frontend development experience
• 3+ years with React.js (Hooks, Context API)
• 2+ years with Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR)
• Strong command of TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs & GraphQL
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
• Experience with testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication & leadership abilities
• Experience mentoring developers
• Ability to work in fast-paced Agile teams
• High ownership and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

• Tailwind CSS / Styled Components
• Storybook (Design Systems)
• Docker & micro-frontend architecture
• Experience with Figma or design collaboration tools
